You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full or partial refund or exchange subject to conditions listed below. There will be no charge for returns if the goods are deemed faulty. If you have purchased the item in error or have changed your mind then we will either provide partial refund or exchange subject to conditions listed below and we can also arrange to pick up the items from you at a charge. For goods that have been despatched and are subsequently cancelled while in transit or upon delivery and where the goods are not identified as faulty then all delivery charges will be met by the customer.
Please note: under all circumstances you must contact us via email at sales@UKCarrierBags4U.co.uk or write to us here giving all the details of the order and the reasons for exchange or refund BEFORE returning the goods back to us.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full or partial refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required within 5 days.
Exchanges & Refunds Conditions:-
You cannot return the goods to us for exchange and/or refund in the following circumstances: -
a) In the event that the items have been used - unless the item is faulty
b) Bespoke, non-stock items or customised specifically for you
c) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier/manufacturer
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk website.
