We do charge for delivery however it is minimal and entire cost from courier is passed to the customer. Delivery is normally on the next day basis provided the order is received no later than 1:30pm. Our courier will deliver Monday to Friday between 9am to 5:30pm. We do offer fast track or other timed delivery and for that please contact us BEFORE placing your order. If in doubt please contact us and we will endeavour to assist your query.
For any failed deliveries a call card will be dropped to customers address and the goods taken back to courier's depot. The customer can call the courier to collect the goods if required or await for courier to re-deliver usually the following day. Please email us to notify that there was a failed delivery so we are aware of the situation.
Please note: we will not deliver to PO Box addresses nor to outside the U.K. We will deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottishg Isles, IOW. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged or short, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statuory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We will in turn be responsible for the shipping costs to you if the goods are faulty during this period.
We cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will try to ensure that you receive you order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid within 5 days as long as the goods are awaiting dispatch by ourselves.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed giving you details of the anticipated delivery date. However, if you are not satisfied then we will provide full refund upon your request.
